Prior to starting this venture, he had the privilege of working with reputed firms in the Financial Services Industry & Commodities.

Over 10 years of rich & diversified experience across financial & physical assets has been instrumental in developing an innate understanding of market dynamics and interplay of global, domestic macroeconomics and market variables. It has also developed an understanding of matching an individual's objectives with the right product after understanding a person's life stage, risk appetite, income levels & other financial commitments. Legal documentation and taxation consultancy is one of Deepak's strengths.

Our best-in-class personalized service includes assistance with the pre-hand details of the project, help you with Bank Loans at competitive interest rate, door-to-door service for collection of cheques, booking form, allotment letter, updates on demand letter & Slabs, free assistance on documentation, regular market updates, personal touch with you by updating you timely about the project progress, leasing your property to individual/corporate, help to sell your property, legal and taxation advice, etc.
  • We charge 2% as our service fees for a secondary market outright transaction from all our clients.
  • In case of a rental deal for 11 months, we charge 1 months' package (monthly rent + 1% of security deposit) from our clients. In case of rentals for a period of 2 years, our fees will be 2 months package and so on - so forth. Service Tax as applicable will be levied on the invoiced amount.
  • When our clients buy in the primary market, i.e., directly from the builder, we do not charge any service fees to the clients. We offer FREE of cost personalized service to such clients.
  • Although we provide end-to-end services, our service fees is not inclusive of expenses such as registration, scanning, society transfer charges, etc. These will have to be paid by the client on actual basis either directly or reimburse to us if paid by us.
  • The service fees in case of an outright transaction should be paid at the time of registration of the Sale Agreement or full payment made by the Buyer, whichever is later. In case of rentals, it should be paid to us at the time of registration of the Leave & License Agreement or handing over of the possession to the Licensee, whichever is later.
  • It is expressly understood that in the event of any client concluding a deal directly with the owner of any property introduced by OpenMinds, then OpenMinds will be entitled to its full fees.
  • In case of delay in payment of our service fees beyond the time mentioned above or beyond a mutually agreed upon timeframe, the clients will have to pay a penal interest of 18% p.a. on the amount of fees due to be paid on a pro-rata basis.
  • We may extend different offers/schemes at different point in time either for all transactions or transactions related to any specific property as deemed fit by us. Launch and withdrawal of such schemes will be solely at the discretion of OpenMinds.
